Arles in the South of France
Arles is a popular location in Provence. It has been made famous by the painters Van Gogh and Gaugin but has ancient roots as is evidenced by the Roman arena in the centre of the town. Arles is surrounded by the beautiful area of Southern France known as the Camargue.
